1. Choose the appropriate classification of the complaint/petition, determining the department or department concerned with the complaint. For example, Food Assistance follows the Department of Relief and Social Services (RSS).
2. Fill out all requirements on the approved online complaint form. If you are a refugee, add the Individual and Family numbers in the complaint body.
3. Attach the necessary documents if any.
4. Submit the complaint.
5. Follow up the complaint by clicking on the complaint follow-up icon if you send the complaint as a visitor, or by checking the notifications as the system sends a notification immediately after the complaint is sent.
